Terms of Service
The rules for working with Anthro360 and for using the Anthro360 Automation platform for WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook Messenger.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you hire Anthro360 for marketing services or use the Anthro360 Automation platform at app.anthro360.com (the "Platform"). Anthro360 is a digital marketing agency based in Faridabad, Haryana, India. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.
Separate written agreements (for example a service agreement for agency work) take priority over these terms where they differ.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- Each business uses its own workspace. The person who creates it is the owner and can invite team members as admins or agents.
- You must give accurate details, keep your password safe, and tell us quickly about any unauthorised use.
- You are responsible for everything done in your workspace, including by team members you invite.
- You must be at least 18 years old and allowed to act for the business.
3. Connecting Meta accounts
The Platform connects to WhatsApp Business, Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts through Meta's official APIs, using "Continue with Facebook" (Embedded Signup and Facebook Login for Business) or an access token you provide.
- You must own or be authorised to manage every account you connect.
- You must follow Meta's terms, including the WhatsApp Business Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
- Meta may limit, suspend or ban your accounts or phone numbers. Meta's decisions are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.
- You can disconnect a channel at any time from Channels in the Platform or from your Meta Business settings.
4. Acceptable use and messaging rules
You agree not to use the Platform to:
- message people who have not agreed to hear from you, or keep messaging people who asked you to stop;
- send spam, scams, misleading offers, or content that is illegal, hateful, sexual, violent or harmful;
- sell or promote products and services that Meta's policies or Indian law do not allow;
- collect sensitive data (such as payment card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers) through chats without a lawful reason and proper safeguards;
- break the law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023;
- probe, overload or try to break the Platform's security, or access other workspaces.
You are responsible for getting consent (opt-in) from the people you message, for the content of your templates and broadcasts, and for honouring opt-out requests.
5. Your content and data
- You keep ownership of your contacts, conversations, templates and other content ("Your Content").
- You give us permission to store and process Your Content only to run the Platform for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. For this data you are the controller and we are your processor.
- We do not sell Your Content or use it for advertising.
- You can ask us to export or delete your workspace data at any time. We keep only what the law requires us to keep.
6. AI replies
If you turn on AI replies, the Platform writes answers using AI models based on the business information you provide. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for the information you give it, for checking how it answers, and for turning it off for any chat that needs a person. Do not rely on AI replies for medical, legal or financial advice.
7. Plans, fees and Meta charges
- Plan prices and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page or in your quote. Fees are in Indian rupees and exclude GST unless stated.
- Meta charges separately for WhatsApp messages (for example marketing, utility and authentication messages). These charges are billed to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business account, not by us, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Unless your plan says otherwise, fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for a period already started.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because of problems with Meta, hosting or other providers. We may add, change or remove features. If a change significantly reduces what you pay for, we will tell you in advance.
9. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Platform and close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, puts other users or our Meta access at risk, or has unpaid fees. Where possible we will warn you first. After closure we delete workspace data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The Platform is provided "as is". We do not promise any specific business result, message delivery rate or ad performance. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data), or for actions taken by Meta. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim is brought against us because of your content, your messages, or your breach of these terms or Meta's policies.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Faridabad, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute, and we will first try to resolve it with you in good faith.
12. Contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell Platform users about significant changes.
